Nour El Sherbini and Amina Orfi to Face Off in 2026 British Open Final

In a rematch of the last World Championship final held in Palm Hills, world No. 2 Nour El Sherbini and world No. 3 Amina Orfi will meet in the final of the British Open — the oldest and most prestigious squash tournament in existence.

The competition, hosted in Birmingham from May 26 to June 7, will once against culminate with an Egyptian champion. Amina Orfi booked her place in the final after defeating rival and world No. 1 Hania El Hammamy 3-1, 11-8, 11-7, 14-16, 11-6. Nour El Sherbini cruised through against Satomi Watanabe 11-7, 11-4, 11-3 as she continues to cement her all time great status.
